Statement from Mayor Ted Biggers

“As Mayor of the town of Mint Hill, and a veteran of the US Air Force, I am honored both professionally and personally by the choice of this wonderful group of veterans to have the Mint Hill Park on Fairview serve as the Korean War Memorial.
This memorial will provide a regular draw for thousands to come pay their respect to the veterans of this “Forgotten War” while at the same time raising the exposure of our wonderful town.
I am extremely grateful to be supportive of this effort and look forward to Mint Hill serving as the Town of this most deserving memorial for generations to come.”
