A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO ESTABLISH THE NORTH CAROLINA
KOREAN WAR VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Korean War
Veterans Association, North Carolina Chapter 265, a nonprofit organization, the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the 2009-2010 fiscal year to help establish the North Carolina Korean War Veterans Memorial Park in the Town of Mint Hill.
SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2009.
